What do I do with my concert ticket?

Solidarity, refund, postponement of the concerts...
15 April 2020

Over this difficult period numerous concerts are being cancelled or postponed. You can consult the list of cancelled concerts here, which will be regularly updated.

Have you got tickets for concerts which have been cancelled or postponed? Here are your options:

  • In solidarity, not to ask for a refund. Cancellations have a big emotional and financial impact both on the artistes and on the organisers, who are facing numerous cancellations. So we would like to warmly appeal to your solidarity and invite you not to request a refund.  This would partly compensate the costs incurred and current and future losses of revenue.
  • Ask for a refund up to 30 April. If you choose to be refunded, in whole or in part, we will of course respect your decision. To request a refund, please would you send an email to jolan (@) muziekpublique.be with your order number and the amount which you would like to be refunded (any bank charges cannot be refunded). Jolan will then do the necessary. To ease our admin, we cannot accept requests for a refund after 30 April 2020.
  • Only with regard to the concert by Mari Kalkun and Las Lloronas on 13 March: the concert by Mari Kalkun has been postponed to 26 September 2020. For this concert only, all tickets are valid for the new date!  If this date doesn’t suit you, then you can ask for a refund by sending an email to jolan (@) muziekpublique.be, once again before 30 April 2020.
    • Attention : maybe Las Lloronas won’t play on 26/09/2020.
