Het nieuwe album Tamala, uitgebracht op 13 oktober, vervolgt zijn reis langs ‘s werelds tijdschriften en radio, met zeer mooie recensies in het Verenigd Koninkrijk (Songlines, FROOTS, Music Republic Magazine, BBC Radio3), Nederland en België.
Een van de nummers van Tamala werd opgenomen in de compilatie Roots playlist choice die wordt meegeleverd met de dubbele editie
jan/febr van het gerenommeerde Engelse wereldmuziekmagazine.
