Muziekpublique is launching the new project “Artists in residence”: a one-year residency during which we support emerging artists in the development of their project. It is with great enthusiasm that we announce today the second of the three selected projects: Hella!

Hella is a folk vocal ensemble with Flemish singers Eline De Coninck, Kalinka Verschraegen, Lotte Pauwels and Ahanna Verschraegen. They sing arrangements of traditional melodies and also their own compositions, inspired by Scandinavian sounds and choir music. Throughout this residency year you will get to know these four female voices and their clear, warm and colourful melodies.
