The American Roots Jam Session is a session that eagerly delves into the folk music of the United States and Canada, hosted by Muziekpublique.This jam led by a dynamic collective will take place in the Muziekpublique foyer. In the repertoire: Old-time or Hillbilly Music from across the Atlantic: songs and fiddle tunes with roaring names such as “Chiquapin Hunting” or “Sal’s Got Mud between her Toes”. So come and discover Bruce Molsky or Rihannon Giddens from Brussels, or even better: bring your banjo, your guitar, your mandolin, your violin, your double bass or your harmonica and take part in this joyful jam session!
